01Can I change plans later?+−
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new plan is prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Manage from Account, Billing.
02What happens if I exceed my monthly review limit?+−
You can keep submitting. Each extra review is $129 incl. GST, charged to your saved card at the moment you confirm it in the app. You approve every overage before it's charged.
03Do unused reviews roll over?+−
No. Reviews reset at the start of each billing period. If you regularly have unused reviews, downgrade to a smaller plan.
04Annual vs monthly?+−
Annual is roughly 20% cheaper per month and locks in your rate for the year. Monthly is no commitment and easier to test the service. You can switch at any time.
05Can I cancel any time?+−
Yes. Cancel from Account, Billing and you keep access until the end of the current period. No questions, no clawbacks.
